1. Non-Disclosure agreement
- Employees at TIM sign standard Non-Disclosure Agreements on valid Government of India stamp paper as part of the recruitment process. They cannot, as a result, directly or indirectly divulge any proprietary information to anybody outside the project team or firm, nor can they use, copy, publish, summarize, or remove such material from the company’s premises.
- Employees are not authorized to disclose or use any information received from clients or third parties while working.
- As a company, we sign NDA with our customers as well as our employees, thereby safeguarding our customer’s best interest.
